Product info

Howdy there partner. Time to gather two or more friends in your saloon, you're all about to get pumped full of lead...

By lead we of course mean mammoth enjoyment, team spirit and unquantifiable delight. There's nothing like a fast-paced, invigorating ride of a board-game to up spirits. So buckle up, we're about to tell you what Mister Lister's all about.

Collect some friends, and get them all in one place. This is your team. One person from said squad plays as Mister Lister. This person will adorn the included moustache and act as quiz master.

The aim of the game? That's to win cards. The cards with bottles of alcohol printed on them. The first team to collect three different bottles of alcohol wins.

Mr Lister reads out a question to all the teams at once. The question will read something like 'There are ten flavours of Walker's crisp in the UK. Name them.'

Teams now get a few seconds to write down all the answers they can think of, then it's Russian Roulette time. The first team shouts out a possible answer, e.g. 'salted'. If they're correct, Mr Lister ticks off the answer with his pencil and play is passed to the next team. If this team offers an incorrect answer, they're out till a new question card is drawn.

Play passes on and the last team standing wins the bottle card. Unless...

On every card there are a number of Golden Answers. The answers in yellow on each question card are harder to guess, thus if a team shouts a Golden Answer they are entered into The Shootout.

My Lister reads a shootout question to the teams. Shootout questions can only be answered with numbers, e.g. 'how many packets of Walkers were sold in the UK this year?' Teams must then jot down answers. After a count of three they draw their answers - the team that gets the closet wins the bottle card.

Collect three bottle cards and you're the winner.

Cowboy up.
