The spine-tingling sounds are activated via five super-sensitive motion sensors, three of which are in the blade to detect movement and impact. 
The eye-popping light effects are produced by a string of 64 super-bright LEDs that ignite sequentially inside the permanently attached blade. The Force FX even comes with a handsome stand for tabletop or wall display. If this doesn't excite your inner Jedi, nothing will! Well I just got this product for my birthday, and arghhhhhhhh it's amazing really. Always fantasised about being a jedi or sith when I was younger and this really stopped my heartbreak over never seeing a new Star Wars film. It's very realistic and feels like a proper lightsaber. The only problem I had was that for a long, long period of time, I couldn't decide between blue or red, I was always a fan of the Jedi blue, and also a fan of the Sith red, so I decided that I would get the Blue one for my birthday, and the red one in my own time:). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I just got my lightsabers, Anakin blue and Darth Maul single. They are so cool. And they work quite well in the daytime. I think that maybe for my birthday I could get a Mace Windu purple or Luke Skywalker green. A word of advice: DONT HIT ANYTHING WITH THEM.

These are the greatest things on the planet. Every fan should have one of these. The Darth Maul is so awesome and great because it splits in two so you can battle with a friend.
