The integrated accelerometer keeps track of your activity, and lets you log in food goals, calories burned and sheep counted (well, hours slept at least), all in one sleek, stylish, waterproof wristband.

Utilising Bluetooth 4.0 the Fitbit Flex will automatically synch with the iPhone or Android App to help you monitor all the vital statistics and provide advice and encouragement 24/7.

I've had my FitBit Flex for 10 months and I love it! It makes me keep more active as I want to reach my goal for the day, and it is fun to see how much sleep I've got on a bad night (I keep telling myself that). It syncs with my iPhone and my iPad, and also with Myfitnesspal too.

Will this work with the ipad or just the iphone?

Firebox says: Hello Heather, The Fitbit Flex is designed for iPhone and so the app is only available on iPhone and Android. The data can sync with iPad 3, 4 and Mini though.
Have been using this for a month. It's a great motivator It is easy to wear and less likely to get lost than an pedometer. The only drawback is food input is American but you can still use most food choices.

I got one of these a few weeks ago and I love it. It's like a hi tech pedometer that syncs with your phone and computer. Gives you lots of information about your daily activity and calories burned. It's made me much more active as I really want to get to 10000 steps every day.
