Huge disappointment. I tried to set up the scale only to receive a continuous Joining WiFi message. I contacted tech support and after five days they informed me that unless your router is set up on B mode, you will not be able to set up your scale. We have checked your router specs and it's only compatible with G mode. " As my router is provided by my broadband provider and they will not support any other router I am basically unable to use the wifi aspect of this scale. I asked for instructions as to how to get it to try and stop connecting as then at least I could use the scale and just enter the information manually on my FitBit dashboard. They then replied that I can enter my info manually but did not give instructions on how to get it out of the loop!
