Ever feel like life has dealt you a bad hand? Well it’s time for you to change your cards, because let’s face it those dog-eared cardboard ones in your drawer aren’t impressing anyone. Seriously, take a good hard look at yourself. You should be ashamed.
When it comes to card games the old saying rings true: Got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em…..and when to bring the bling out.
The joker. What a card.
Hey you're like David Blaine or the British fella who's not quite as good.
The cards, the last thing I told you was to mind the cards!
Machine stamped with a classic English style design, these monochromatic Gold Playing Cards are made from high-quality, flexible plastic; which means if your game turns into an all-nighter, they’ll easy wipe clean of any boozy splashes.
They’re so decadent that they’ll make you feel like you’re running game up the French Riviera and taking the casinos of Monaco to the cleaners. (Even if you’re just playing knockout whist in the house or giving someone’s knuckles ‘posh raps’).
They’re guaranteed to sex-up solitaire, pimp your poker, give a golden gleam to your gin rummy and properly bling up your bridge and blackjack.
These cards are 100% plastic, NOT actual gold
Monochromatic gold colour, make you feel a royal flush of quality
Strong plastic means no rips, bends or sticky stains
You could even use them to play 52 card pick-up and pretend you’re in the end bit of the Crystal Maze where you have to grab the shiny foil confetti to win a crap prize
As a big lover of gimmicky items and therefor a huge lover of Firebox, I bought these because they looked cool, but frankly they're incredible. They are built to last, easy to shuffle with, and they really do look good (especially the picture cards)
Thanks Firebox. Ashley Percy - 11th April 2013
Firebox says: No worries Ashley, happy to help.
The cards look cool on the website but they are incredibly (redonkulously) awesome in reality and worth considerably more than they would be at cards4gold. Warnings: the poker face can be destroyed by the "oooh shiny" and the hearts v spades debate is impaired by alcohol consumption. Freckles McSporty - 9th March 2013
