Is there a stopper mechanism between each inhale or could you just inhale the whole thing in one go?

Firebox says: Hey Wesley, you'd be hard pushed to inhale the lot - it works just like an inhaler, you give yourself a little 'puff' when you press the button on top.

Does each puff only give you a very slight flavour? or am I not breathing in hard enough?
