When the Jedi Council elected to make the lightsaber their weapon of choice they could not have foreseen that it would one day end up illuminating some geek’s bedroom. But who cares, because that geek could well be you thanks to the awesome Star Wars Lightsaber Room Light.

This easy-to-construct kit lets you build your very own Jedi weapon and mount it on the wall. Choose from hilts belonging to Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader or Obi-Wan Kenobi and use the included handheld IR control to trigger sound effects and control the force (or dimmer switch, as it's also known). If this doesn’t excite your inner Jedi, nothing will!

I just bought this product and im kind of disappointed because you have to press the button on the light saber to switch it on and then be able to control it with the remote. Then in the description said that changes colour via remote, but it doesn't also I have to keep the button on the remote pressed for a while so the light switches off.
