Free Form Fitness Yoga Course

For beginners, yoga can seem a strange way to spend an afternoon; with all those colourful names and awkward poses. But it’s actually very sensible, and a great way to stay fit, healthy and flexible. So if you’ve always fancied giving it a try (or know someone who does) why not indulge in a Free Form Fitness Yoga Course.

Designed to suit your needs and fit your busy schedule, this programme of 6 seventy minute sessions can take place in one of three London parks: Hampstead Heath, Highbury Fields, Clapton Common.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people, giving you plenty of one-on-one time with your instructor. And you’ll even receive a manual containing all the moves you’ve learned; so you can continue to practice at home. It’s a brilliant introduction to yoga, a wonderful refresher course, or a great way to target specific areas to tone and firm up.
