I got the pebble stick, as soon as I got it it went straight to my purse. I used it the very 1st time when my phone was dying. It was charging it great! Shortly enough it stopped. I went to charge the pebble at home, I tried it on my computer and thru my iphone charger usb port. It doesnt turn blue or anything. Its not charging?

I've purchased this and it is fully charged - it turned red from the blue while it was charging. When I plug it into my phone...absolutely nothing happens. I've done this probably 7 or 8 times now and it's not working. What number can I call to return it?

Purchased x3 veho(s) - 1 for me and x2 for gifts....... Do I need to get a programme on my comp before I charge? i have attached to my computer usb and the light is showing blue? what next pleas? Ta!

Firebox says: Hi Sarah, no programmes are required. Whilst charging the Smartstick�s light will show blue, then once fully charged the blue light will turn red. The Smartstick can be charged via computer/laptop USB or via Mains plug using VAA-003-WHT.

Will this work with the iphone 5?
