Choya Sake

From black and white samurai movies to high-kicking Hollywood fare, Japan rarely features on the big screen without Sake making a cameo. Which is no surprise. Brewed from rice, this classic wine-like tipple has been around for over a thousand years. It’s clearly very close to the Japanese heart, but now you can warm your cockles on it as well.

Choya Sake is made from rice grown in the Nara region of Western Japan, to the same age-old recipe. Warmed through, it tastes great with sushi, or serve it over ice as a Western cocktail.
