Dyson AM04 Fan Heater

What would you do after inventing the world’s first commercial bladeless fan? Feel a bit smug, probably. But then what? This was the dilemma facing the white-coated chaps at Dyson. However, they ably responded by putting the same patented Air Multiplier technology into the Dyson AM04 Fan Heater.

Just as gorgeous as their bladeless fan, but capable of heating a room as well as ventilating it, this sleek design makes a stunning addition to any home or workplace. The bladeless technology makes it safe to use around kids, pets, and clumsy colleagues; and the PTC ceramic heater technology warms up and cools down quickly after use.

Control the AM04 with the handy magnetised remote, which perches on the top of the heater. Adjust the heat output between 1°C and 37°C. The LCD display lets you easily tweak the settings, while the 10 speed fan gives you complete control over the output. You can even tilt the unit through 10 degrees to warm your toes or bring colour back to cold cheeks.

But most importantly, this incredible innovation creates a column of flowing air with absolutely no buffeting – a common problem with traditional fans (or so we’re told). Combined with its 90 degree oscillation it will ventilate a room better than any whirly-blade equivalent. So it’s more than just a lot of hot air.
