Very cute!

Was Indiana Jones the first person to use an inflatable raft as a toboggan? We’re not sure. But it’s taken this long until we could have a go too. And just like Indy’s big yellow dinghy, Snow Boogie Inflatable Sledges don’t disappoint.

Comfierthan a rigid plastic sledge but speedier than a bin liner, these 44” (1.12m) inflatable snow tubes are great fun for all ages. Made from cold-resistant PVC vinyl, they’re tough enough to take on the white stuff and come in two cheeky shapes. Choose either the polar bear or penguin. Both look like they're braced for the Cresta Run and just itching to take you from A to B via Wheeeee!

Customer Reviews

How many people can you fit in each sledge?
Ash - 2nd February 2012
Firebox says: Hi Ash, its designed for one person or at a push two small people, we would not recommend overcrowding it though!
Is this likely to pop on stones?
The Bear That Grills - 26th December 2011
Firebox says: Its unlikely, but I would avoid stony areas and stick to the thick snow or ice!
We've given it a 'dry run' with the kids and it's really comfy to sit it. The fact it's made of PVC is bound to make it really fast on the slopes. The really brilliant thing is that when you don't need it, it can fit into a small shoe size box, hardly taking any space. It's also easy to clean with a wet wipe and the set includes two spare repair pieces in case it needs to be patched up. The sledge is suitable for kids 4+ and is quite large when inflated (44'). With a maximum weight hold of 54 kg it can fit even older children (not us unfortunately!) We see no reason why the sledge cannot double up as a kids boat in the summer and are planning to give it a go at first opportunity. But for now all we can wish for is: let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Does it work as a dingy?
Sarah - 5th November 2011
Firebox says: Hi Sarah, they're pretty small to be used as dinghy's, not sure what your chances of survival would be out on the open sea.
