If you’re still reading, allow us to first compliment you (through gritted teeth) on your good fortune/success before we get down to business. Each hand-crafted Tower Cottage Playhouse includes details such as hardwood floors, bay windows, a tiled roof and wooden shutters. No, really.
Home sweet replica home
In terms of design, Enchanted Creations will create any look you can imagine, from a fairytale château to a miniature replica of your own home. ‘Ooh, a two-up, two down semi!’ Designs range from cosy cottages to rugged forts and treehouses. You won’t even need to order your manservant to put it together as each bespoke creation comes fully assembled and painted.
If the kids have been really good Enchanted Creations can pimp up the spec even further with electrics, underfloor heating, running water, plasmas, you name it. In fact the only thing it doesn’t come with is a mortgage and a walloping great estate agent’s fee. Yes, it is a tad OTT but remember, it pays to be nice to your kids ‘cos one day they’ll choose your nursing home.

This product is a real masterpiece, finished inside and out, it's manufactured, delivered and assembled finished painted, wall papered below the dado rail and with all the architrave, flooring you'd expect in a real home. Enchanted Creations can take the spec to where ever you want it, from electric light, underfloor heating to plasmas etc
The house has ample room for an adult to stand and we can fit an adult side door for ease of access to the house
The structure of this house is very strong, so much so that the house does not need concrete foundations to maintain it's structure, a few pad stones is all the house needs, saving the cost and disturbance in constructing a concrete slab
