If you’re still reading, allow us to first compliment you (through gritted teeth) on your good fortune/success before we get down to business. Each hand-crafted Tower Cottage Playhouse includes details such as hardwood floors, bay windows, a tiled roof and wooden shutters. No, really.

In terms of design, Enchanted Creations will create any look you can imagine, from a fairytale château to a miniature replica of your own home. ‘Ooh, a two-up, two down semi!’ Designs range from cosy cottages to rugged forts and treehouses. You won’t even need to order your manservant to put it together as each bespoke creation comes fully assembled and painted.

If the kids have been really good Enchanted Creations can pimp up the spec even further with electrics, underfloor heating, running water, plasmas, you name it. In fact the only thing it doesn’t come with is a mortgage and a walloping great estate agent’s fee.
