You’ve gone to all the trouble of ironing your shirt, but as soon as it goes in your suitcase it’s doomed. All that hard work (ironing is hard) and it will come out looking like a crumpled up crisp packet. Well we have a solution. It may look like a bit of high tech kit for a car’s roofrack, but the Shirt Shuttle has been designed to carry a single shirt. What’s more, it’ll hold it in place and prevent it from being creased, whether it’s in your bag as you’re cycling to work, thrown into your hold luggage, or buried under your gym kit.

Just wrap your (perfectly ironed) shirt around the folding board. With soft rounded edges it supports your shirt without applying too much pressure to any one spot – the cause of dreaded creases. The folding board even has a fold-out handle so that when you reach your destination you can hang it up out of harm’s way.

Here are the basic steps to folding and packing your shirt*...


Insert the folding board lip under the shirt collar		Make three concertina folds on the shirt sleeve		Fold the bottom of the shirt up to meet the bottom of the folding board		Flip the clip back down to keep the folded shirt in place

Or you could just buy a new, quality shirt, take it out of its box & slip it into an a4 envelope. Same result, lighter, thinner, cheaper & you've got a lovely new shirt.

Excellent idea, and it works as well. The whole thing is based on the concept that if you don't try and wrap the shirt around a straight edge, it won't crease. Included inside the case is a guide which you fold the shirt around. This has oversized, rounded edges so won't crease. The case itself is strong and protecting, and you can carry it in any orientation without the shirt inside moving around. I'm currently wearing a nicely crease-free shirt, and I went to the gym this morning! I ironed and folder about 7pm last night, then packed it into the case. It stayed in the case until about 7. 30 this morning, but came out looking fantastic. It works! Does what it says on the tin - keeps shirts looking good until you need them.
