An ideal gift for vampire hunters who dig ultra cool accommodation (literally), this unforgettable trip kicks off with a visit to legendary Bran Castle, a fortified outpost once frequented by Vlad the Impaler, the vicious nutjob who inspired Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Next you’ll travel to the incredible Ice Hotel and witness the beauty of Balea Lake. Then it’s off to Bucharest, stopping at Sibiu for lunch.

Impressed? You will be because this incredible trip mixes gruesome history with cutting-edge cool and stunning scenery. Just make sure you pack your garlic along with your thermals. Brrr-illiant.

Agenda
  • Day 1- Arrival in Bucharest and transfer to hotel in Brasov.
  • Day 2- Visit Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle) before travelling to the Ice Hotel and Balea Lake.
  • Day 3- Early morning transfer back to Bucharest, stopping at Sibiu for lunch.
  • Day 4- Transport to the airport, leave Bucharest.
    • This trip includes all accommodation on a B&B basis, all transfers, Ice Hotel lift pass, Multilingual reps.
      Please note that travel to Romania from the UK is not included. This experience is available from 24th December 2011 - 21st April 2012 inclusive. You will only stay in The Ice Hotel for 1 night during your trip.

  • The voucher entitles both people to a 3 night trip in Romania on a B&B basis.
  • Flights to Romania are not included and must be booked separately.

  • Trips depart on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Saturday 31st December 2011 is excluded.
  • You must hold a valid passport throughout your trip.
