So is the iPod/phone/etc supported on a small ledge? I mean, is it resting on something, or is it just being held there by the cable alone? Because that can be really damaging....

Would I be able to plug in my 'hacked' (shock absorbers made from sugru, there is a picture of this 'hack' on your sugru product info page) iPod touch?

Firebox says: Hey Bashie, unfortunately the Sugru shock absorbers would mean that your iPhone wouldn't sit comfortably on the Alarm Clock. It would function correctly but it wouldn't necessarily be aesthetically pleasing.

Does it work with the I touch 4th generation?
