Is it tea-infused chocolate... or chocolate-infused tea? Well we’re pleased to tell you that not only is Chocolatea the latter; it’s also good for you!

Brew a delicious hot cuppa with this delicate infusion of Japanese sencha (green tea) leaves and organic cacao nibs – the raw ingredient for chocolate. The resulting tea is smooth and creamy while still being light and refreshing. And not only is it packed with the goodness of green tea, the cacao in its raw form is also a rich source of useful minerals and anti-oxidants, including flavonoids and polyphenols.

Bought this for a friend for Christmas who loved the idea of the product but said that it just tasted of green tea and not even remotely chocolatey which was disappointing the rest of the service from Firebox was great its just the products is poor.

Although I hate to give such a negative review as the service from Firebox was extremely good, I find myself unable to stop doing so. This tea is not nice. I can only imagine that due to the star rating it has and the description on the site that I have a 'dodgy' sample. I am not new to loose leaf tea by any means, but this is the first one I have tried that tastes like peas. While some people might like peas, myself included, I don't like them enough to have their flavour encroach on my cuppas! That said, I highly recommend using Firebox to buy anything else, their service really is good!
