Controls

The HydraCoach even dishes out advice regarding how much water you should be drinking based on your weight and the duration of your exercise routines, and can be programmed to take into account factors such as altitude, pregnancy and heat. Got this product as I have trouble keeping on top of my water intake on a daily basis, great looking bottle but completely useless, computer doesn't register and the FAQ doesn't help. Best place for this item is in the bin.

My wife got this for my 30th birthday as I have been trying to get fit and drink more water. Plus I love a good gadget. It is perfect for me. Easy to set up with your weight and the date. It offers a suggested amount of water you should drink in the day. You can adjust this but I left it as the suggested amount. You start the timer then sip the drink from the mouthpiece as though using a straw. It records each sip and counts up how much you drink over the day. I keep it by my desk at work to make sure I keep my fluids up. May seem pricey for a water bottle, but if you love a fitness gadget it's worth it.
