We all know we’re supposed to drink plenty of water, especially when exercising. But life’s too short to waste time calculating how many litres, gallons, bottles or whatever you’re glugging. So thank heavens for the HydraCoach Intelligent Water Bottle.
This stylish hydration system (okay, fancy water bottle) features an ingenious on-board computer that continuously tracks your real-time intake of H20 and reminds you when you need a drink (of water, silly) to satisfy your recommended daily intake. Because as the saying goes, thirsty is too late.

Got this product as I have trouble keeping on top of my water intake on a daily basis, great looking bottle but completely useless, computer doesn't register and the FAQ doesn't help. Best place for this item is in the bin. Bry, - 17th June 2012

My wife got this for my 30th birthday as I have been trying to get fit and drink more water. Plus I love a good gadget.
It is perfect for me. Easy to set up with your weight and the date. It offers a suggested amount of water you should drink in the day. You can adjust this but I left it as the suggested amount.
You start the timer then sip the drink from the mouthpiece as though using a straw. It records each sip and counts up how much you drink over the day. I keep it by my desk at work to make sure I keep my fluids up.
May seem pricey for a water bottle, but if you love a fitness gadget it's worth it. Kirsty Taylor-Gallop, Blandford Forum - 19th April 2012
