We all know it’s unwise to upset a Wookiee. But upsetting an entire generation of kids is even sillier. Yet that’s pretty much what Kenner did back in the 70s when they made their classic Star Wars figures a piddly 3 ¾” tall. Thankfully they’ve returned to rectify this oversight with the awesome Chewbacca Vintage Kenner Action Figure.

Digitally scanned from 1978 mint condition 3 3/4-inch Kenner originals and reproduced to a substantial 12-inches tall, this fur-rufflingly evocative, limited edition plaything measures a satisfyingly lofty 12”. Gnwaarrr! Created using digital scans of the classic mini figure, Chewie is correct in every detail, right down to his plastic shag-effect fur, ammo belt and hefty bow caster.

But it’s not all about the actual figure because this walking carpet’s replica packaging boasts original artwork/photos and a resealable plastic clamshell that allows you to display Chewie in all his retro-boxed glory. Now all you need is some flea spray and a Corellian translator. Gnagghhhhnnn!
