I'm thinking of a slightly different use, can these be used in a digital photo frame so that you can transfer more photos to the frame wirelessly???Graham Rees-Evans, Swansea - 5th December 2011
Firebox says: Hi Graham, although this is a genuinely awesome idea, it unfortunately won't work because a digital photo frame doesn't run an operating system that can communicate with the card.
Do these upload a shot every time you take one (providing you're connect to a laptop etc...) ? Or after taking shots, do you then have to go to the laptop and click 'transfer' on that?
I'm thinking this would be a great way of wirelessly tethering to my laptop whilst doing photoshoots if that's possible?Sam, Norfolk - 14th September 2011
Firebox says: Hi Sam, providing you have your wi-fi switched on your PC/Mac, the memory card should upload a photo every time on is taken. This sounds like it would work perfectly in your photo shoot scenario!
Now this is a good idea! I have several memory card readers but I can never find them when I need them, this = problem solved. Too expensive at the moment but the idea is brilliant.Adam, Londres - 8th September 2011
These cards are great they send your photos or videos straight to your PC or my IPad and they are very easy to set up.Anthony Atkinson, Rochdale - 9th August 2011
