Are you still searching for ways to give your drinking sessions a bit more oomph? Well cancel the order for those comedy sombreros, hide the luminous swizzle sticks, chuck that revolting rocket fuel you bought in Mexico down the sink and order some Ice Shot Glasses.

Shot glasses made from ice! Brr-illiant, we hear you cry! Simply fill the Ice Shot Glasses mold with water, put it in the freezer and before you know it you'll have 12 perfectly formed frozen shot glasses. Water is the obvious option for making your Ice Shot Glasses but you can use pretty much anything else that freezes - within reason, please! We're particularly into cranberry juice at the moment, as the faint zing complements certain grain based drinks to perfection. The color's cool too. Or how about throwing back a kamikaze encased in frozen pineapple juice? The possibilities are endless!

Ice Shots

Ice Shots It goes without saying that serving shooters in shot glasses made from pure ice is infinitely more impressive than running around yelling 'tequila' in a crappy Spanish accent or poisoning your pals with Everclear punch. And there's none of that cleaning up with a monolithic hangover junk because the glasses will eventually melt.

Ice Shots Although the concept is screamingly simple, Ice Shot Glasses never fail to impress because the feeling of ice on lip is a sensation no glass in the world can replicate, no matter how cold. You can even chuck your Ice Shot Glasses in the fireplace and swear in Russian without having to buy replacement glassware.

Ice Shots Serving booze in Ice Shot Glasses is a great way to kick-start a night of frozen frolics, as friends will flock from miles around to enjoy your ice-swathed concoctions. What's Fonzie like? Exactly. Ch-ch-cheers!

press review "Nothing short of sensational, Shot Rocks allow you to drink from a glass made from solid ice."
Sunday Express - Feb '03
press review PROBLEM: you're drinking tequilla slammers but the drinks are getting as warm as the atmosphere. You can't use ice because the slammers are being shot quicker than machine gun rounds. Your dilamma is solved with a twist of party spirit into shot glasses. There are few experiences more surreal then knocking back your favourite spirit from a shot glass made of ice. It's a fantasic idea from a Coke flavoured shot glass or vodka from a glass made of orange.

visitor avatar Are the moulds reusable?
Jack, Newcastle - Aug '09
Firebox says: Hi Jack, yes they are!

visitor avatar Just wondering, wont being made from ice mean they will probably start to melt in your hands? please reply to my email address. Thanks :).
Wizzy, South Shields - Dec '08
Firebox says: Many of us at Firebox have used these, and if you leave them out too long, they will melt. When you are ready for shot time, get them out the freezer, fill them up, neck them, fill them back up, drink again, fill them again,..... you get the picture. They should not start melting if you are using them within a few minutes of getting out. Oh, and Firebox advises - drink responsibly!

visitor avatar Hey, this product does work with coke...you just have to make sure that the coke is completely flat ( give it a good old shake :P) and then use it!

visitor avatar These same gr8 I mean u aint scared to break ur nice glasses nd u dont hve to clean up all the plastic ones I mean u know how messy it can get when every ones downing shots.
Muncher87, France - Feb '07
visitor avatar These are so cool! You can put coke in the mould and add JD Bacardi or Malibu. You can put lemonade in the mould and add Passoa or Southern Comfort. Or - to be different - you could put melted chocolate in the mould, wait for it to set and pour in some Baileys for that Winter treat! Superb!x.

visitor avatar Ordered a 2 pack of these 2 weeks before I was due to have my BBQ (knowing how efficient most inernet companies are) and to my amazement they turned up two day latter gving me plenty of time to try them out :-) Not only that but I got a free pack of sweets and a pack of Perplexcity card (to which I am now hooked and have ordered more) many thanks.

visitor avatar These little bad boys are great! I had a BBQ this weekend and the shots went down a treat. I do recommend using bottled water to make these. I think its got something to do with the water being more pure...but you'll find there are less cracks in the ice when you take them out of the freezer. Please make a pint glass mould!
