How do these come packaged? Because mine arived in two blocks of polystyrene, with a band around it. Is tehre meant to be a box as well?

Firebox says: Hi Ashley, that's sounds right, it should be packaged in between two blocks of polystyrene for protection. It should have come in a Firebox package, but there isn't a specific box for the mug.
