Fits an Xbox 360 or PS3 Slim

Going on holiday? Stuck round your Nan’s house? Wherever you are, don't let being away from your bedroom get in the way of your console gaming. Thanks to the G155 Mobile Gaming Environment you can deliver your own brand of shock and awe anywhere there’s plug socket.

This self-contained gamer’s paradise acts as a rugged carry case for your console, cables, controllers and games. But best of all, it has a built-in 15.5” LED HD display, with integrated stereo speakers! Perfect for gaming in HD or watching movies. What’s that? You’re going for a long country walk? Nah I’m good here thanks. I’ve got smack to lay down.

Hard plastic shell protects the console

The fitted foam base and velcro straps keep your hardware locked in tight while you’re on the move; and the hard plastic shell protects the valuable cargo from knocks and bumps. What’s more, the lightweight design even complies with TSA guidelines. So you can even take it onto an aeroplane as hand luggage – although whether they’ll let you anywhere near a plug socket is another matter. To make sure you don’t disturb anyone else there’s a 3.5mm headphone socket. Just remember to keep your wooping to a minimum.

visitor avatar @Colin Wright - you can, just buy a MiFi ;-).
Bill Bennett, Taunton - 3rd April 2012
visitor avatar Hi, I am in Australia and wuiold love to get something like this as I am always away on ships. DO you guys ship to Australia?
Ronny, Australia - 4th February 2012
Firebox says: Hey Ronny, I can happily confirm that we do indeed ship this product (as well as many others) to Australia!
visitor avatar It looks really snug which could be a problem as xbox's heat up like a nun's face in a brothel. What kind of ventilation does it have ? if none then it is going to seriously impact the amount of time you can actually play it for.
Andy, Kilmacolm - 1st February 2012
Firebox says: Hi Andy, The case has a foam base that is specially designed not to get too hot and can ventilate the warm air from the fan properly, although we would recommend making it is used on a flat surface (not carpet or bed linen as that heat up quite a bit). Used in the correct manner you should get hours upon hours of game time!
visitor avatar WOW !!!! Best thing I bought in ages, Had to buy a slim line PS3 too as the older PS3s don't fit, that wasn't a problem as I was due an upgrade. Now theres nothing to stop me getting my zombie killing fix. Great picture, sounds ok (loud) 2 ear phone slots for perfect sound with quality headphones. Great for LAN parties. Nothing bad to say 5 stars *****.
Eddie, Halifax - 27th January 2012
Firebox says: Great to hear Eddie!
visitor avatar Can you get a car adapter for it ?
Gary Hoynes, Dalry Scotland - 18th January 2012
Firebox says: Hey Gary, you can buy 12V inverters that run from the cigarette lighter.
visitor avatar When the PS3/Xbox is strapped in and the case is locked, it is extremely heavy to take around and can only be carried with the handle. Although the clips seemed secure, the case flipped open a little on the seam making me worry the whole case would fall open. Sometimes difficult to adjust the set to get the right screen view - had to prop up with game boxes! Otherwise a magnificent experience being able to sit next to my (game disliking) partner who could watch TV and we could converse, rather than playing/watching TV apart or in different rooms.
Paul Campbell, London - 26th November 2011
visitor avatar Without a built in power supply this seems pretty pointless to me, its a very expensive small TV in a case. Where would this be used? If you take it on holiday you will need power from your hotel room so may as well use the TV in your room too. Cheaper to just get a small suitcase for your Xbox/PS3. Good idea, but needs its own power to be useful.
Adam, Londres - 8th September 2011
visitor avatar Wanted something so I could take my XBOX or PS3 with me when ever I;m away from home. The picture and sound are brilliant and the ease of set up is also a bonus. Had it for a few days now and already had plenty of use out of it. This has got to be the best gadget I've bought.
Bungy, Manchester - 29th August 2011

visitor avatar This looks so awesome! And thats just the review.
Declan Horton, Gloucestershire - 15th August 2011
visitor avatar It should have wireless internet, in the same way a dongle does. At least WiFi enabled, that way you could go online! :D Until then....
