Customer Reviews

The Twin USB charger, fully charges my iPad 2 no problem, more than that charges other gadgets at the same time. Taking it on hols this year great product.

I'm also wondering about iPad charging. Firebox says "It is best not to charge iPads or iPad2s through USB, it doesn't charge them to the full extent. " but this doesn't make sense as Apple themself bundle the iPad with a USB charging adapter which you plug in the power outlet. So, will this charge an iPad ?
Max Audet, Quebec - 25th May 2011
Firebox says: Agreed Max, that was a bit misleading. This will definitely charge an iPad when plugged into the mains. The point my colleague was making is that there are reported issues of iPad (1&2) not charging fully from some USB sources (laptops, PC's, keyboard ports, etc). Use the supplied 10W charger and cable for best results.
What is the wattage outpout of this?
Sam Simpson, Sheffield - 24th May 2011
Firebox says: A maximum output of 1300 Watts @ 220 Volts or 650 Watts @ 110 Volts.
Hi will this work with the ipad2?
