I Do Tea Towel

Wait a minute, what’s this? A considered, tasteful and – dare we say it – cool piece of Royal Wedding memorabilia? It certainly looks like it! Indeed, the I Do Tea Towel is just as welcome a breath of fresh air as Will and Kate are to all those stuffy Royals.

Created by Swedish designer Maria Dahlgren, the artwork is a loving tribute to the happy couple and their pending nuptials on the 29th April. Two birds in the stylised tree – one of which appears to be wearing a crown – carry a twig between them conveniently looped in a heart shape.

Kate and Will’s initials are even inscribed on the tree trunk, and the otherwise innocuous text about London secretly spells out “I DO”. Made in Britain, the I Do Tea Towel is a stylish, discreet and thoroughly nice way to celebrate these two lovebirds.
