Edible Sugared Petals

Extremely delicate and exquisitely-pretty, Edible Sugared Petals have been hand made in France from as far back as 1818. Using a traditional process, real rose and violet petals are first dried to preserve their fragrance; then gently dusted with layers of sugar to give them a textured, sparkling finish.

With their sweet taste, delicate crunch and subtle aroma, Edible Sugared Petals will add a sophisticated flourish to cakes, ice creams and other desserts. Served on their own with coffee, they’re also an excellent talking point.
