View Quest Retro DAB and iPhone Radio
New age fun, with a vintage feel
Sorry, this product is not available.
We always go a little ga-ga over modern technology with a vintage twist, especially when it looks as cool as the Retro DAB and iPhone Radio. Complete with DAB and FM tuners and wrapped in a gorgeous leather surround, this stylish alternative to run-of-the-mill radios will bring new age noise with a 50s feel to any room (or picnic).
Connect an iPod or iPhone and you can also play your favourite stored tracks through the Retro Radio’s substantial speakers, charging the device at the same time. With up to 15 hours’ battery life, this is compact enough to take with you on picnics in the park or just add a little vintage chic to your lifestyle.

I asked for this for christmas because I really wanted a docking station for my iphone4 but didn't have the room to remove my alarm clock and radio in my room.
This gift is actually perfect. The design is beautiful and it picks up radio signals very clearly. I didn't have to set the time either - completely automatic!
The alarm clock system allows me to choose what I want the alarm to play - I chose my iphone music, however if I forget to dock my phone the night before it plays a generic beeping so that I still wake up!
My only issue was that the docking "tray" was a bit stiff when pushing it to extend/retract it – but it wouldn’t deter me from buying it. If you’re honestly thinking of buying this but aren’t sure if it is worth it or not – trust me, it is totally, 100% worth it!Harry, Essex, England - 27th December 2011
It looks fabulous but is it compatable with the Nano 6th generation?Chris Davies, Caerphilly - 26th November 2011
Firebox says: Hi Chris, The dock is only compatible with the iPhone, iTouch and the classic. You can plug anything else with a 3.5mm input lead!
Does it come with a remote control?Reza, London - 8th October 2011
Firebox says: Hi Reza! Unfortunately the View Quest Retro Radio does not come with a remote.
Hi a quick question does this come with a mains power lead?Laura, Marlow Bucks - 7th September 2011
Firebox says: It sure does Laura, although it's not a particularly long one.
I was wondering does this work with the iPod Touch 4?John Appleseed, Ireland - 31st August 2011
Firebox says: Yes it does.
Does this support the Ipod Nano?Amanda, Buckinghamshire - 9th July 2011
Firebox says: The docking functions won't work on a Nano Amanda, however the 3.5mm jack will allow you to play music through the speakers just fine.
I LOVE THIS - it was made for me! Vintage style with modern technology and the sound is awesome too. What more could you ask for? To be honest the picture doesn't do it the justice it deserves. It's a must have in any home!Louise, London - 6th April 2011
Just re-read the info... does charge iPhone4! I should learn to read more carefully.... What about the ipad though? Have you tried it with one?May, Derby - 25th March 2011
Firebox says: Yes, this will work with the iPad but aesthetically speaking, it won't look as awesome as when used with an iPhone, iTouch or Classic iPod.
Bought one of these recently and is got such great sound for 2w speakers! Looks awesome in my living room too... perfect. Great find!Sarah, Surrey - 2nd March 2011
