The rechargeable Muvi also boasts an ultra wide 160 degree field of view, 3x digital zoom and a 1.5” colour screen for instant playback on the fly. Hi, your previous review answer states " The lovely guys at Veho (manufacturer) have now provided a waterproof case to come with the 1080p free of charge" (based on the previous price of £149. 99). Is that no longer the case then? So why would the rrp be £189. 99 now? Unless you're trying to mislead people then the 35% discount should be off £149. 99 and include the waterprood case. On that basis, i'll be happy to place an order (i. E. For £97. 5). Let me know how to proceed.

Since it isn't waterproof, is there a waterproof case like the Muvi Micro or maybe an equivalent (or better) water/splash proof model? Doesn't have to be Muvi.

I bought this camera for my boyfriend for his birthday and it's just brilliant. The quality and image stabilisation is fantastic. It's been used in various positions on the car so far (using the mounting equipment included in the box) and has worked perfectly on the wing mirror, on the grill and on the dashboard. Even when filming at night, the picture is crisp, and it produces steady clean footage. We haven't tested the sound much, but it picked up the talking in the car when it was mounted on the dashboard without any trouble. The only problem we've had so far is that we can't work out how to get rid of the time stamp. There's no option in the camera settings, and whilst you may be able to do it with the software, we both have Macbooks that you can't use with the small disc size.
