Eton Soulra

Flip open Solar Panel

Forget popping in earphones while you top up your tan, the sun-hungry Eton Soulra will play music from your iPod or iPhone even when you’re miles from the nearest plug socket.

Armed with a fold-out solar panel, this self-sustaining stereo will charge in daylight, and thanks to a high power lithium ion battery, keep playing long after it gets dark. With its rugged styling and rubberised aluminium body, the splash-proof stereo is in its element by the pool, at the beach, or just at the end of the garden.

Customer Reviews

Do it protect the phone from uv radiation and heat? Can the stereo be too hot, and how bright sunshine do it need? Thanks.
Julia, Stockholm, Sweden - 2nd August 2011
Firebox says: They have an anti-glare chamber for the iPhone so this should solve any over heating issues or radiation. The sunnier the better obviously, but as long as it's direct you'll be fine.
