How thick is the plastic on the bottle? Is it thin like a throw away water bottle or thicker? Also where do you get the replacement filters?

Idea of this bottle is great but my bottle leaks all over as soon as it is laid flat, which means I cant put it in my bag! I waited so long for it after delivery went wrong and now its faulty. The filter is fine however and makes the water taste lovely.

I really like my waterbobble however I find it quite difficult to drink from. I've found you have to take small sips from it because if you drink too much then the bottle creases which is really annoying xD.
