Just because two things are successful it doesn’t necessarily mean they should work together. Look what happened with Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder. Thankfully the LEGO Star Wars mash up works a treat, so why not celebrate this bizarre union with a Stormtrooper Star Wars LEGO Minifigure Alarm Clock.
Decked out like an Imperial Stormtrooper (circa Episode IV), this cool LCD alarm clock is officially licensed by George Lucas and his brick-stacking buddies in Denmark. Better still, the snooze and backlight functions are activated by pushing down on his behelmeted head. You can even move his arms and legs. Impressive, most impressive.
Big button controls on the back make the alarm functions easy to use when sleepy!
Ideal for lazy geeks and anyone who’s ever dreamt of waking up in a Death Star dormitory, this Stormtrooper Star Wars LEGO Minifigure Alarm Clock is the clock you’re looking for. Lego of your hate and get ordering!

Not review, just feedback. I would buy this if the alarm had some different sound effects (in addition to beep beep) and, mentioned by others, the constant beep on pushing buttons is really off putting. Liz, Shanghai - 3rd December 2011
This looks cool. I myself am a big star wars fan and Lego is an old childhood favourite. When I found out a bout this, I couldn't resist. Lego, star wars and clocks all in one. Can't wait to buy it. And to all Lego star wars haters, Don't bring me down ;). Jeff Lynne, Who Wants To Know Where I Live? - 2nd February 2011
Patting a StormTrooper on the head may not be considered the safest of activities in the Republic, but for 5 minutes more sleep, it's a risk worth taking!
Feature wise he is pretty well equipped, with both 12 and 24 hour clocks, a large easy to read display (even at 6am), a piercingly loud beep/beep, beep/beep alarm, and a backlight/snooze facility activated with a push of his head. Benefiting from the Lego Minifigures arm/leg/hand movement, he can be posed almost endlessly for your entertainment, although you do risk knocking him over if you use the light/snooze facility whilst he is stood up.
If you like Star Wars, Lego and Punctuality (or at least knowing that you are late) then this is most definitely is the alarm clock you are looking for.... Chris Mann, Chorleywood, Herts - 2nd February 2011

Buying this for David Ellefson. How big is it? Dave Mustaine, I Go On Tour - 1st February 2011

My boyfriend has asked for this, so just wondering, is this 12 and 24 hour alarm clock? thanks. Lisa, W. Sussex - 30th January 2011
