description

It’s not red, it’s not rose scented and it won’t play Moon River when you fill it with tea, but the delightful Heart Mug will convey your feelings with a style and subtlety that’s hard to resist.

With its curvaceous handle and printed shadow design completing an elegant heart shape, this high quality mug makes a wonderfully romantic Valentine’s Day gift. Designed by Reiko Kaneko, award-winning purveyor of quality ceramics, the Heart Mug is made in Staffordshire from English bone china, making it almost as kissable as the object of your affections (we hope).

Unlike chocs and flowers recipients can use this dishwasher-safe vessel again and again – unless of course they happen to chuck it at you next year for thinking you’d get away with petrol station carnations. Put the kettle on, this could be love.

Customer Reviews

I like this mug very much. Although there are some things I would like the point out... For one- the mug itself is a bit fragile. Second I would like to point out that it may look like it has a colored and indented half heart shape to complete the rest of the heart but it is, in fact, just a gray almost painted by brush type of half heart. Something that should be more clearly mentioned above- clearly stating that its not indented as well as colored. Other than that I presume my mother will love the mug.

Firebox says: Hi Daniel, good point, we try to show that the half-heart is printed on the mug in the bottom picture, but we wouldn't want anyone to be mistaken!
