Panic Alarm

It's a panic alarm with emergency dial

Losing your mobile sucks, especially when it’s some flashy iBerry 4G wotsit. So wouldn’t it be great if you could buy a keyring-friendly device that bleeps, flashes and vibrates whenever you move too far from your Bluetooth-enabled iThing? You can and it’s called the ZOMM Wireless Leash.

Gorgeously engineered and super sturdy, this award-winning gizmo is just the ticket for forgetful iFans and scatty Berry buffs because it alerts you if you leave your phone behind. Walk out of Bluetooth range (up to 30ft) and its perimeter alarm starts to vibrate and bleep. Phew, that was close! After all, do you really want some chancer gawping at the pics you took last night or guffawing at your browsing history? Thought not.
Description

If you walk more than 30 feet away from your phone the ZOMM will let you know you've forgotten it!

Scale, sight and sound

It's even a speakerphone receiver!

But that’s just for starters because the ZOMM also acts as a fully-functional speakerphone, allowing you to answer incoming calls when you can’t be bothered fishing around for you mobile in your bag/pocket. Yes, you’ll look slightly unhinged discussing X Factor evictions with your keyring, but who cares when your phone is hiding in the deepest recesses of your overcoat.

Impressed? You should be because the ZOMM also functions as a panic alarm that can dial emergency services from anywhere in the world. Just press the central button.

Visitor Reviews...

visitor avatar This is not a review of the product as I don't own one. In response to Deborah Goldaming's question:- I would believe that that is doable as it has headset profile support. Providing the two are synced and in range of each other; by playing music or any noticeable sound on your phone via the Zomm would allow you to track your keys to their hiding place. :-).
@Deborah, Somewhere Over The Rainbow - 11th November 2011
visitor avatar Would be even better if it also acted as a key finder for you to search for the keys from your mobile!
Deborah, Godalming - 16th October 2011
Firebox says: Great idea Deborah!
visitor avatar It is a pity you don't deliver Zomm Wireleash to Ireland I would love to get one.
Mike Rice, Ireland - 15th March 2011
Firebox says: Sorry Mike, it's a licensing issue at the moment.
visitor avatar Is this compatible with the new ipod touch, can I put multiple devices on it and can u accidently press the panic button wen its in my pocket?
Jonathan, Preston - 23rd February 2011
Firebox says: ZOMM uses Bluetooth Hands free profile (HFP 1.5) or Headset Profile (HSP 1.2) to connect with mobile devices, so will not work with the iPod touch. It will work with one device at a time, and the panic button will only go off if pressed for 9 seconds then released.
visitor avatar Is this compatible with iphones?
Jay, Birmingham - 9th February 2011
Firebox says: It sure is!
