Propose without the financial risk!

Ask the big question in style without having to take out a loan first!

Proposing marriage is nerve-wracking enough without having to worry about engagement rings. Wrong size, wrong setting, wrong stone – it’s a minefield. So why not use a temporary ring for that down-on-one-knee moment. And we’re not talking Hula Hoops or tinfoil; we’re talking Pop the Question Rings.

A clever solution to a potentially embarrassing problem, these hallmarked silver proposal rings enable you to pop the question in style without revealing your lack of judgement in the jewellery-buying department. If the answer’s ‘yes’ you can choose the perfect engagement ring together at a later date. If it’s ‘no’ you can console yourself with the knowledge you didn’t waste thousands.

Both rings

The Marry Me ring (left) has a real diamond set in it, while the Pop ring (right) has a classical engagement ring style

Sterling silver

Each silver ring is hallmarked

There are two rings to choose from, in a range of sizes: the Pop the Question is a traditional ring presented in a chic frame-style box. The more contemporary Marry Me is a distinctive band set with a real diamond, and the words Marry Me stamped across it. So, do you take these rings to save you from making a complete ‘nana of yourself? You do? Awww!

Customer Reviews

I bought one of these rings for my girlfriend after being stunned by the array of engagement rings available. This simplified the whole process and was still flashy enough to woo her into saying yes. Needless to say this worked and we are now planning the big day together!

If the ring doesn't fit would it be possible to return it and buy a new one or would it be easier to just get it altered?
Sam, Emsworth - 29th December 2010
Firebox says: We offer a 30-day returns policy so we would be able to change it for one of the other sizes we sell if needs be. Although for a perfect fit getting it altered would probably be best.
Such a great idea and really beautiful. Excellent quality too. I still wear mine on my other hand.
