Edge Lasagne Pan
Lasagne like it should be
Sorry, this product is not available.
Nothing will stick to the Edge
Just like its Brownie baking stable mate, this heavy-gauge cast aluminium pan has interior sidewalls that circulate heat evenly, thus ensuring each lasagne portion remains moist in the middle with crisp, perfectly cooked edges on both sides - just like mamma never made. Capisci?

I work in the School of Computer Science. This looks interesting to us because it resembles a Murray Polygon (a space filling curve); if it was a little longer and had 4 inclines, instead of just the 3, we could bake pizza (a stomach filling snack) with it which resembles the logo inside our building.Bruce Simpson, St Andrews, Fife, UK - 13th February 2012
Waitrose do square corrugated lasagne sheets that would break down to size quite nicely or cut fresh pasta sheets.Sarah, Lincoln - 10th April 2011
I purchased this with intention of making a great lasagne with very little fuss. I got all my ingredients together ready to be begin and at the final hurdle the tin committed the (FAIL). The Pasta doesn't fit in the pan. All uk Lasagne pasta is bigger than American. I feel robbed. I could break up the pasta but that wasn't why I bought it. So BE aware.James Potter, Norfolk - 5th November 2010
Their is a difference in size between the brownie pan and this one.Leone, Scotland - 25th October 2010
Firebox says: Yep, the Lasagne pan is slightly bigger. About 30cm wide, compared to 22cm for the Brownie tray.
Doesn't this look a lot like the Brownie pan - why is it £10 more?!Elly Russell, Hampshire - 2nd October 2010
Firebox says: It's deeper and bigger!
Didn't this used to be marketed as a brownie pan?Sally, Gateshead - 2nd October 2010
