Spraying strawberries

Bling up your strawberries!

It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that bling. In fact we love ostentatious shiny things so much we’ve taken to eating them. Yes, really. And we’re not talking signet rings and bracelets. We’re talking gold gherkins and silver sausages. It’s easy with Edible Bling Spray.

Tasteless in every sense, this 100% edible spray paint will coat any food you fancy with a layer of gleaming bling. Choose from silver or gold. Brilliant! Simply spray it over your food and tuck in. The result is truly stunning. You can spray strawberries, gild gherkins, coat cakes – and those are just the daft alliterative examples. Why not bling up desserts, burgers, bananas and tomatoes too? The possibilities are endless. If you can eat it, you can spray it.

press review "Ever heard the saying 'too much food, not enough decoration'? No, neither have we, but if you do ever find yourself faced with this situation, Edible Bling Spray could be the answer. Available in silver and gold, this turns anything from a parsnip to a mince pie into a decoration, and you can scoff it afterwards. Gold sprouts anyone?"

visitor avatar I LOVE THIS. SO GOLDEN AND DELICOUS.
Alex Hannah, Corby - 2nd April 2012
visitor avatar Hi, how well does this spray stick to food of different types, does it tend to create a good covering AND dry well? I only ask this because I have bought a cheaper version of what these appear to be and you have to spray a fair amount onto the food, and even then it doesn't seem to dry properly after many hours of waiting. Well, I say dry, it seems to rub off as a powder.
Craig, - 6th September 2011
Firebox says: This does dry well, Craig.
visitor avatar Firebox why is the gold spray £24. 99 and the silver cheaper its not like its real gold or anything its just silly its really off putting please lower the gold can price.
Claudia, Sheffield - 28th July 2011
Firebox says: The Silver is on sale Claudia, that's why!
visitor avatar This could come in handy when I take over the world.
INEEDA POOP, Diarrhoeal - 4th April 2011
visitor avatar How long is the use-by date?
Julie, Corby - 30th January 2011
visitor avatar I think the price is putting me off. Otherwise it looks cool!
Suzanna, Kent - 21st December 2010
visitor avatar I think this is a really good idea I'm definitely buying this for a Christmas present. But my question is why is it 24. 99 I mean you can get normal spray for the minimum of £1. 00, so why the expense?
Amilia Jones, Burnley - 14th November 2010
Firebox says: Because it's a food revolution in a can!.
visitor avatar Why cant you post this to Northern Ireland? How can I get my hands on it otherwise??
David, Ballymena - 21st October 2010
Firebox says: We are only able to send these items via courier who currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland. It might be worth getting a friend to order the item for you and then post it over, although be aware certain delivery companies may have issues sending aerosol products.
visitor avatar Does the silver tin have the typo & Silber on it, or is it just in the graphic?
Andy, Newcastle - 17th October 2010
Firebox says: It's not a typo Andy but thanks for the spot! This is a German product so 'silber' is silver, in German.
visitor avatar Can you spray it on to your body? no reason just the thought sprung to mind.
Declan Horton, Gloucestershire - 4th October 2010
Firebox says: We don't see why not!
