It looks great at first, but after only 2 hand washes, they heat changing material printed onto the mug has started to bubble and peel in places. I'm disappointed.

My mum put it in the dish washer and now everything is constantly there. I will be buying another soon.

I bought this after some tea-leafers kept pinching my mug at work. Needless to say it does a splendid job fulfilling my tea desires, with a bright and colourful heat activated image on either side. Pill chomping sounds after each sip are entirely optional, and best left when nobody else is around!

Great mug although the adhesive covering that provides the heat-changing ability rubs off very easily.

As a fan it's a great but flawed mug, it's a shame about the adhesive coating covering the heat sensitive areas. I basically scratched off a section thinking it was a sticker mark, turns out it was the heat sensitive reveal bit. I've now got part of the maze pellets permanently revealed.

This is a great novelty item which has elevated my social standing in the office from 'that chap' to 'a bit of a card'. It's a slight shame that one of the heat-transfer areas isn't perfectly applied - but there's such a thing as being too critical. Well done Firebox! Waka-waka-waka-waka-waka....

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas but I gave it to him early as he kept bugging me for one of his presents. When he opened it his eyes lit up with joy as though he was about 9 again. He loved the product and so do I, I love watching Pac Man appear on his mug every time I make him a cup of tea. Thanks Firebox. :)
