Pac-Man Alarm Clock
Wide a wakka-wakka club
Watch our video of the alarm
Officially licensed, this kitsch tribute to an 80s icon diddly-woos you out of boboland via the evocative start-up tune from Pac-Man. It even emits a few seconds of spine-tingling wakka-wakka-ing. You’ll be transported back to the arcade the second you hear it. You might even start checking your ‘jama pockets for ten pees.

Very good alarm clock, but did not recieve the 3 stickers for the 3 front buttons so a bit of a letdown.Charlie, Kent - 25th December 2011

How long do the Batteries last for?Andrew, Runcorn, Cheshire, UK - 25th November 2011
Firebox says: Hi Andrew, unfortunately this is a very difficult question to answer. It depends on the batteries that you're using and on how much you use the alarm clock (e.g. how often you use the alarm, how many times you hit snooze each morning, how often you use the backlight). But it ought to last a few months at least.
Bought this for my son's 12th birthday. He loved it! Great for those that struggle to get up in the morning (I hear it from my room!) Very easy to use; setting the clock, alarm etc. Have had it 3 months now & no problems - original batteries still going strong.Tracey, Surrey, UK - 4th November 2011
I enjoy getting great yet practical items as gifts, and this alarm clock qualifies for both great and practical. I put my alarm clock on the other side of my room to force me to get up. This clock helps that along as, if I don't stop the alarm quickly, the whole house wakes up to much annoyance. A very effective waker-upper. One problem is that after a couple of days the minute button stopped working properly, only working after forcing the head away from the base as I do it, which I fear will eventually snap it. I received it last Christmas though and I'm sure my clock's defect was an isolated incident. Thank you nonetheless!James Bradwell, Wiltshire - 1st September 2011

Hi there, any chance you cost ship one of these to New Zealand? Thanks.Tracey, NZ, Te Puke, New Zealand - 19th July 2011
Firebox says: We sure can Tracey, just select the product online and enter your country to get all the available information.
This clock is ace. Not too quiet, not too loud. (I hate clocks that are so loud they make you throw up organs when they wake you).
Only downside is that the back light isn't massively bright and that once you've set the alarm it goes off EVERY day. (No option to disable the noise over the weekend etc). Overall though, a very good product.Hollie, Rugby - 14th June 2011
This looks brilliant and I need a new alarm clock but just a quick question, how long do the batteries normally last?John Mulholland, Manchester - 24th May 2011
Firebox says: Using quality Lithium batteries, you should get months of use.
It looks the part but the build quality is not great.
There are a couple of design flaws: The alarm is loud with no volume setting. And the fact you need a screwdriver to change the batteries is just ridiculous.Stephen Baker, Brighton - 4th February 2011
I reviewed this as part of my blog, its make a fine gift for any nostalgic nerd as long as they don’t mind some minor annoyance. Caleb Holland (G3), - 15th January 2011
I love the clock, really effective at waking you up. Only downside is that it doesn't have a mains lead, only takes AAAs.Jordan, Huddersfield - 11th January 2011
