This is a very clever gadget thus the highly inflated price for what is essentially a USB. I wouldn't mind the price too much if the darn cable was a bit longer but this is too short. However it works fantastic when you need a charge!Md, Bronx - 26th November 2010

They are correct - life is FAR too short to remember where you've left your sync cable. I've bought a spare cable for work, and one to keep in the car, but I am STILL always trying to find it.
This little device is amazing, it is a lot smaller than you might think, smaller than my car fob and is approx 3. 5 x 2. 5 cm, and less than 1cm wide.
The only thing you need to be aware of - is due it's very small size, the cable extends as far as you can see in the picture - which is enough for use with a laptop USB port, but try plugging into the back of your desktop PC and you will need to find something to keep it (very) close to the port.
