Just received the lion and it's gorgeous - much nicer than I expected. Very soft and plush, with a generous lion mane. The lavender scent is quite strong too.
I bought it as a gift for a small child, and was surprised to read that the heating feature should not be used for under-3 year olds. This is mentioned in the description above, but I think it should be more prominent as I'd missed this important info when ordering. With that in mind, I'll probably keep it for myself (I'm a 40 year old bloke !).Andy, Staffordshire - 10th December 2010
Bought one of these for my girlfriend. It was a bit late but that's because of firebox's supplier as soon as they got it in stock it was sent of same day. When I opened the box I got a big whaft of lavender. I thought this would of been great for my girlfriend because when we hang up at night she moans of being cold and the hot water bottle is too hot so this is perfect, and she love the smell of lavender not to mention the other teddys I've already bought her. My mum is now also going to sign up for firebox because of everything they sell. First thing she said she's buying is this Vuddly Hottie for my little 3 year old sister. Also enjoyed the £40 voucher for Virgin Wines, the fun gums sweets and the catalogue. 10 out of 10.Lee Walsh, Wigan, Lancashire - 14th November 2010
I bought the Lion Cuddly Hottie for myself as I liked the concept of it more than a hot water bottle. It did not disappoint, the cuddly hottie has lovely soft fur and it smells lovely. It also keeps me nice and warm on the cold nights. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.Julia, Glasgow, Scotland - 15th September 2010
Awesome! Bought the lion for the other half to use on those lonely nights and she loves it. The lavender can be overpowering at times but its still a nice aroma.Jonny, South Wales - 14th June 2010
