I have been eyeing this up for a while, after finally buying it I wish I had several. Its easy to clean.Bruce, Portsmouth, UK - 19th March 2012
Would this fit into an average sized pan? It looks really big, will it squash down? If not, how wide is it exactly?Emma, Leeds - 9th January 2011
Firebox says: Yes this would fit into an average sized pan. The silicone material means it is pliable. Approximately 16cm (Diameter) x 14cm (H)
Would this cook pasta by any chance? It looks amazing!!Ellie, Cornwall - 6th January 2011
Sold! And Xmas shopping is usually so hard for my dad!
Cheers firebox! :D.Simon P, Derbyshire - 6th December 2010
Got this product only a few weeks ago and its already speeding up cooking vegetables, I love this product its so quick. Thanks Firebox.Stevie, London - 27th October 2010
Firebox, are the holes too big for peas? I have arthritis in my hands and cant pick a pan up to drain veg, this would be fab!!!Sam Beasant, Driffield - 6th October 2010
Firebox says: Unfortunately most of the holes are larger than peas, sorry!
Would this work with rice - I use boil-in-bag basmati rice constantly because otherwise I burn the pans. A reusable solution would be much cheaper, but would rice grains be too small?Anastasia Talen, Colchester - 5th September 2010
Firebox says: Unfortunately the holes in the FoodPod are just too big for rice.
I have not bought one, but I just though I would add that they would also be very useful for hot rock massage when removing the rocks :D.Becky, County Durham - 5th May 2010
This is AMAZING!! all you do is put it in and pull it out, and the veg is done! it is incredibly helpful. I was on edge wen I was going to buy one but then it was a spur of the moment and I never regretted it. BUY ONE AND DON'T HESITATE!!!Sarah X, Derbyshire - 7th April 2010
Firebox says: Listen to Sarah, she knows...
