Firebox says: Allegedly 'One AA battery will last for months in a clock. They can last months in any small appliance that doesn't have many electronic objectives. Clocks do one thing, slowly,...' Don't forget it's mains powered as well.

My alarm clock I have at the moment is on all the time. I was just wondering if you had to use batteries for this or could you just plug it into the wall instead?
