Hugely disappointing that I couldn't pre-select which tips it would ship with. We can't use more than the micro USB and the Sony Ericsson tips. €8 per new tip too! Pete Mahon, Leeds - May '10

This is a brilliant product! Instead of having 3 chargers plugged in, with wires trailing everywhere, I have the IDAPT plugged in & sitting on my desk looking sleek & smart. Just for your information, one of the IDAPT staff at the Gadget Show told me that the Samsung 4 charger will charge a Sony Walkman so you won't have to but a new connector.Sylvia, Warwickshire - Apr '10

The charging station has an annoying hissing sound when charging, bad news for those who have it on their bedside cabinet like I do. But it is very neat and compact. It is a shame they do not do the "mini USB tips" the other way around for HTC devices like mine, it is annoying having the phone screen not facing you while on charge.Nathan Lock, UK - Apr '10

Are the tips reversible? I have an HTC phone which has a mini USB charging socket, but looking at the pictures, this would mean the device would be facing the wrong way on the charging base. I wouldn't want my phone to feel like he'd been naughty or anything....Joe, UK - Mar '10

This is an amazing product. No more chargers everywhere and tangled mess. But the hissing noise is very very annoying, I have this on my bedside table so I can Snooze my phone alarms easier and if you are a light sleeper you will notice it.
