Preparing this scrumptious choc takes just 15 minutes. Simply melt the dairy-free solids and cacao/carob powders, add any flavour you fancy (ginger, chilli, lemon, whatever), then stir in the natural sweetener. Once completely smooth and still warm, you can dip fresh fruit or pour into a mould and refrigerate.

My wonderful little sister bought this for me for Christmas on the basis that I'm a chocoholic and becoming a bit of a health freak. It's so amazing!!! The chocolate isn't sweet but it's not too bitter and it melts in your mouth perfectly. I'm glad that a little bit goes a long way or I'd probably have spent all my money by now....

Seemed like a lovely idea. I bought it as a Christmas present (I know, very organised this year) for my lactose intolerant brother. Ordered it 19th Sept and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately I didn't really check it over in detail when it arrived- box looked good, thought it was reasonable for the price. Found out now that the best before date was 10/10/11- so would not recommend buying this as a gift for anyone as the short shelf life prohibits it.

I know that a lot of people are asking about what is in these however my little girl is milk (mammle) and soya intolerant so would this product be safe for her?
