Loaded with healthy ingredients it’s raw, organic, and free from refined sugar, dairy products and additives. When scoffed as part of a balanced diet it can even improve your health. No joke! Unlike the chocolatiers you see in ads, you won’t have to adopt a Swiss accent, grow a comedy ‘tache or wear chef’s whites; preparing this scrumptious choc takes just 15 minutes. Simply melt the dairy-free solids and cacao/carob powders, add any flavour you fancy (ginger, chilli, lemon, whatever), then stir in the natural sweetener. Once completely smooth and still warm, you can dip fresh fruit or pour into a mould and refrigerate. Wearing a purple top hat and acting mental is optional. Scoffing the lot is obligatory.
