The overall effect is pretty impressive
Designed with the f word in mind (that’s fun, potty mouth), this idiot-proof LED projector features an integrated DVD player and built-in stereo speakers. Simply plug it in, bung in a disc and gawp in wonder as it beams a quality image (up to 50”) on the wall. Papa-papa-papa-papa – yeah!
Ideal for kids’ bedrooms, family get-togethers and movie night parties, the robust MCDVDP (catchy, eh?) uses clever LED technology, so power consumption is low and lamp life is long. And because it’s portable you can move it between rooms with ease. ‘Ratatouille is now showing in Cinema 4 (aka my bedroom).’ Proper numpties can even plug in a microphone for big screen karaoke sessions.

Is this projector noisy? does it have a hum or fan thing going on. Am considering it for my son's bedroom, so he can watch a dvd in bed, just wondered if there is a constant noise from the machine apart from dvd sound?Melly, London - Jul '10
Firebox says: There is a faint noise but nothing noticeable above the sound on the DVD.
Kids love it and it is a great product......only issue I think is the sound could be louder...Is there any ways to plug in speakers or get the volume higher......? Very satisfied however....Colm, Ireland - Jun '10
Firebox says: Sorry you can't attach external speakers.
Is it multi region?Andy Thomson, Motherwell - Mar '10
Firebox says: This is a Region 2 player.
Well it looks cool when I get more money I might even buy it!Leila, Surbiton - Jan '10
If you plug in a camera will it project recording and photos?Lydia, Nottingham - Dec '09
Firebox says: This just projects DVD's, sorry about that!
480x240 pixels? would be much better if it were a full-HD resolution (1920x1080).Alex, England - Dec '09
I am quite please with mine, it is a little expensive as the resolution is quite low for a projector, and projection size of up to 50" is a bit small, but this is still a decent machine for the kiddies.
If you want a proper projector spend your money and get a good one, but if its just for the kiddies bedroom to watch their cartoons on then this does the job nicely.Jon Donnis, Birmingham, UK - Dec '09
Wow! cool product. . Thinking about ordering one. . I have to ask though, can you play movies or videos from the laptop as well?Anonymous, Derbyshire - Dec '09
Firebox says: I'm afraid not. It's strictly for DVDs
Does this show the whole dvd?Leila, Surbiton - Jan '10
Firebox says: Sure does!.
