Just received this the other day, it is fantastically presented. It may not survive until wrapping time...Are you going to stock just the chocolate as a refill?
Simon, Preston - 10th December 2010
Firebox says: Hi Simon, unfortunately not.
Hi, would love to know what the suggested wines are so I can buy some to go with the Brix for a gift.
Thank you.Charlie, Devon - 23rd November 2010
Firebox says: Hi there. The suggested wines for the extra dark chocolate are a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Bordeaux or a Barolo. For the medium dark try a Merlot, a Zinfandel, a Shiraz or a Rhone. A lot of choices there for you!
Do you deliver to Australia at all?Michelle, - 17th November 2010
Firebox says: We do ship to Australia, but only certain items. Food products are only available in the EU only as there are customs restrictions.
Is the chocolate suitable for vegetarians? (A possible gift for a veggie mate).Dan, Manchester - 13th November 2010
Firebox says: The dark chocolate block may contain milk and the medium dark block contains milk fat. So if they don't drink milk than no its not suitable but if they do wonderful you can tick them off your Christmas list.
I'm thinking of buying one of these for my brother for Christmas but I am wandering would I be able to buy it because of the knife and I'm only 16?Martin, Bristol - 31st October 2010
Firebox says: This is an over 18 product because of the knife. The best thing to do would be to ask a parent to get this for your brother instead.
What is the shelf life of the chocolate?Tori, Spain - 28th October 2010
Firebox says: They have an expiry of about 4-6 months time.
Very clever product! I paired these chocolates with the suggested wines and was VERY impressed! Cheers!David, Staffordshire - 11th June 2010
Could you say what the actual cocoa content is?Joe, London - 5th June 2010
Firebox says: The Medium Dark Chocolate is 60% cocoa and the Extra Dark Chocolate is 70% cocoa.
