- For Mac users, the DPF-Mate pre-loaded application does not start automatically. Instead you must open the DPF-Mate via the “cd” icon on their desktop screen. Let DPF-Mate run and open as normal.
- Please note that DPF-Mate may not work with older versions of the Mac operating system prior to Mac OS X.

Bought this for my dad for his birthday he now has 2 grandchildren so instead of pics in his wallet where no one can see them thought this would be genius and if he gets more he can easily add pics on to keep everyone close.Claire Rahn, Northampton - Nov '09
I had NO IDEA what to get my girlfriend for this christmas. . And then I saw this. It was out of stock when I ordered, and the dispatch date kept moving around, but Firebox kept in touch and provided the first class customer service they are renowned for =] I ordered a red one, and was a little worried about picture quality on such a small screen, but my worries were unfounded; the picture quality is excellent and pictures are as high quality as they appear on my digital camera screen. Battery life is excellent, charges when you plug it into the computer and was compatible with my computer, which is awkward at the best of times. Took less than 5 minutes to find, crop and load 30 pictures onto the device, and memory isn't even a third full. The keychain has a menu on the back too, I didnt realise this, and includes a clock (both analogue and digital). Basic controls (e. G. Backlight time, photo display time and photo deletion) are available via a discreet menu button in the back of the device- these buttons are easy to press, but stiff enough to not be pressed in your pocket (unlike my mobile!). The keychain is big enough to see pictures well, but discreet enough to have on your keychain without getting in the way. It also came in a pretty display case (along with the Firebox free sweets). Might be good but can't tell. It does not work with the Mac you see! Software is not available yet and no suggestion as to when it will be. Mac owners, hold off buying until you check the website for the Mac software!Paul Mara, Dewsbury - Nov '09
I've wanted a digital photo frame for ages, but they can be a bit pricey so never got around to getting one. Then I saw this, and thought it was a great idea - and a bargain at £9. 99! I ordered it late Saturday afternoon, and it arrived Tuesday morning. It was really easy to load the photos on - it only took about 10 minutes. The quality of the pictures isn't fantastic, as it's a small screen and small resolution, but for showing pics of your perfect pooch, (like most of my pics are!) it's great - and for such a small price, you can't go wrong!

I bought this keyring at 6pm and it arrived the following morning. It is fab. Was a bit disappointed when I found it was plastic, but it is brilliant. It is a gift for my daughter whom I am sure will love it :) The screen is crystal clear and it is soooo easy to add photos onto it. Just click on the one you want to add and it is done. Easy peasy! Really disappointed. I bought this as an Xmas gift for my wife as it seemed a great idea and the reviews here on Firebox are very good. However, I was shocked at the picture quality once downloaded to the Tao. I put perfectly good pics onto this and they show as very fuzzy, distorted even. Really upset for my wife. I cant believe the reviews posted here, people saying the pics are crystal clear is not how I am seeing things. Maybe I got a dud device, I dont know. If you do decide to purchase, please do not raise your expectations too high. But at the end of the day I guess it only cost £13.SteveM, Hertfordshire - Jan '10

I have no idea what the first guy is on about. . The unit contains software for Mac as well as PC. IT works just fine with a mac.Tony Reay, Durham - Nov '09
