Resembling a small planetarium
Resembling a small planetarium, this jaw-droppingly entertaining gizmo beams realistic virtual firework displays across walls and ceilings. It even blasts out suitably explosive sound effects. The only thing missing is the heady aroma of gunpowder mixed with boiled hot dogs. Impressed? You should be because the Sega is the world’s first indoor firework projector, and unless you fancy flying to Japan the only place to get it is right here at Firebox.

Does this work outside?Zoe, Kent - Dec '09
Firebox says: No, it needs a darkened space. The darker the room, the better the display!

I saw this on a recent trip to Tokyo and it really is a great product. There are many pattern variations with extra disks sold separately. It's also possible to make original slides. Highly recommended.Bruno Escargot, Paris - Dec '09

Going straight on my Christmas wish list :).Louisa, London, UK - Nov '09
Firebox says: Great! Glad you like it!
Saw one in a shop in Tokyo, and it's just as boring as the demo video. Not even the kids in the shop paid any attention to it, and as far as I could see it just kept repeating that single shoot with a flare in the middle and few smaller ones on the side. On top of that, the light was way too weak even in a dark space.ZigZag, Stockholm - Nov '09
